Palm full of chopped fresh basil (or dried works almost as well)
1-2 T Thyme
1/4 c Soy sauce
Juice of half a lemon
One swipe across the dish of Worchestershire sauce
1/2 t pepper
1/4 t cayenne
dash of salt
