1 1/2 cups of Sour Cream (or plain yogurt)
2-3 chipotles in adobo sauce
2 cloves of garlic
Juice of one lime
1/4 Red oinion, diced
2 tsp cumin
Salt

Mix all ingredients into a food processor. Blend until near smooth.
