Duck Wheat Ale

Note: Originally called “Summer Wheat Ale”, this beer was renamed “Duck Wheat Ale” after the Daddy Duck Brewery name was selected.
With this, I am attempting to stay as close to a true Witbier as possible. The only divergence from the “standard” is adding a little more bitterness with hops. This should get me closer to my goal of a “chewy” wheat beer.
Tasting notes:
This turned out great! On a hot summer day, with a slice of lemon, this is the perfect beer. There is a slight sweetness to it. It is crisp. The hops flavor is just right. It isn’t bitter, just a little floral. This is just a tasty, easy drinking summer beer.
