Here we are again, right on the cusp of the next month, trying to remember the prior month. If it weren’t for phone cameras and Facebook, we would not have any idea when Hailey did what.

- We have been a little slow to move Hailey along to new foods. It seems like we finally get a new feeding routine down and then it’s time to switch it up. So we finally started giving Hailey puffs. She really didn’t know what to do with them at first, but as soon as she realized she could grasp those little suckers, she has started grasping all things tiny and hazardous and putting them in her mouth.
- She has two teeth. I don’t remember when the second came in, but I think it was in this time frame.
- Hailey has crawling down. She is all over the place. I have been brushing up on my crawling skills also as I try to keep up with her.
- One thing never seems to change. Eddie is her favorite critter on earth.
- Hailey is an old pro at the stroller without the infant seat. She loves taking in the views. But I have to put the tray up or she can’t see out.
- This little swimmer began swimming lessons this month. She loves the splashing and playing, but proved to be the crier of the class when it came to going underwater. I thought we were just signed up for singing and splashing, but oh no. We have dunked this kid under the water over and over. By the last class, she was a pro at it, but it took a while.
- First ear infection happened this month. She’s a trooper. We were told that’s pretty outstanding for a day-care baby, so we’ll take it
- Hailey learned to wave this month. It’s so sweet to see her initiate a wave at the right time.
- Still a happy little babbling baby.
