Hailey’s first airplane trip was a success! Not a peep out of here on the way to Chicago, but some definite crying on the way back.

The family loaded up the car and headed to Madison for the day on Saturday. We had a lovely breakfast with Anna on the way. Then off to State Street for a trip down memory lane.

The main event of the day was Shannon’s baby shower. What a wonderful occasion to see that awesome soon-to-be mama!

During the shower, Grandma Ce Ce and Gramps took Hailey to the zoo and had a great time. Hailey would wave bye-bye to each animal when she was ready to move on. We even squeezed in a stop at the Grand Geneva for a belated Father’s Day dinner with Gramps. Hailey was such a trooper on this long day!
Sunday was Sarah Grimaldi’s bridal shower. Hailey go all dressed up and joined the ladies.

Then rest of the weekend was spent just hanging out around the yard and at the beach. Aaahhhh….
