Samuel Week 1

Everyone says the second kid is so much easier, and that’s exactly what we found during our first week with him.  The kid barely cries, he only feeds every 3-4 hours at night, and he doesn’t need to be held very much.  He’s chill and content, and I’m loving that about him.

Hailey is in love with Samuel and it is so sweet to watch her with him, but she’s having difficulty going to bed at night and staying out of trouble. A sudden fear of choo choo trains has developed, but we’re working on it.  Just part of the adjustment and the excitement of having grandparents in town.  I am looking forward to getting her back on her routine.
