Samuel Week 3

Dan was back to work this week and I learned what it’s like to spend a whole day home with the kids.  It takes some energy, creativity, and patience, but it is doable.  I really enjoyed using day care for three days during the week so I could pace myself.  All in all, it is a blast having two, and it’s quite a challenge keeping up with the one that is two 🙂

Sam continues to be easy and chill for the most part.  But if that kid’s awake, he is gonna eat every hour.  He’s a feeding champ from 9-11 or 12 each night.  Which is awesome because Hailey is pretty needing during her bedtime routine, which should be done by nine, but never is.

I really enjoy how stocky and solid this little guy is.  So different from long and lean Big Sister.  Sam is all torso, like his dad.

Hailey loves to have her baby bother on her. Sure beats the reverse configuration!

Sam is a great sleeper, at least compared to Hailey.

The kids had a blast with their friends Grayson and Raelyn, and all the parents enjoyed catching up too.
