My take on Montreal Steak Seasoning
2 Tablespoons coarse salt (kosher or sea)
1 Tablespoon paprika
4 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes (or cayenne pepper)
4 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper (coarse)
2 teaspoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons dehydrated onion
2 teaspoons dill weed
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoons dried rosemary
1 teaspoons dried thyme
