Cilantro Lime Chicken Stir Fry

3 half breasts of chicken
1 bunch cilantro (about 1/2 cup)
2 jalapenos, sliced
3 garlic cloves
green bell pepper
1 large red onion
coarse sea salt
lime juice
soy sauce
diced carrots (like you would put on a salad)
sugar
sesame seed oil
rice

Cut each half chicken breast into 8 pieces
Stir fry in the oil until no longer pink – about 4 minutes
Mince the garlic
Add veggies (except cilantro) and stir fry for about about 5 min
While stir frying, salt to taste
Also while stir frying, add lime juice to taste.
Chop the cilantro
Add cilantro, soy sauce and sugar, stir fry for 1 minute
Serve over rice
